Life Can Improve with Age

Encouraging poll data suggests that most people don’t want to view aging negatively.
According to a survey from Great Lakes Wellness and One Poll, 3 out of 4 people want to spend less time fighting age and more time doing things that they love. Many report seeing parts of their lives improve with age, including their confidence, sense of self, and relationship with their families.
The survey also found that around 70% of people say they’re embracing their age and that getting older isn’t as bad as they’d expected. People in the survey said they’re embracing their age by eating well and staying positive. Maybe it’s time we all change how we see aging — for the better!
